Ingredients ¼ cup chia seeds 1½ cups unsweetened soy milk or other unsweetened milk ¼ cup old-fashioned rolled oats 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts 1 teaspoon maple syrup, optional Helpful Notes Choose no-salt-added beans and lower-sodium pantry ingredients when available. Directions Whisk chia seeds, soy milk, oats, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl or jar. Let stand 5 minutes, then whisk again to break up clumps. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
