Ingredients 4 Persian cucumbers, diced 3 ripe tomatoes, diced ½ cup chopped mint ½ cup chopped parsley ¼ cup chopped dill ½ cup raw walnuts, roughly chopped ½ cup pomegranate arils 3 tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice 1 teaspoon ground sumac Black pepper, to taste Pinch of salt, optional HA Helpful Notes Seed very juicy tomatoes to keep the salad crisp.
