Ingredients 1½ pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved 1½ tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil ½ teaspoon black pepper ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar ⅓ cup chopped unsalted walnuts, toasted 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup, optional Helpful Notes Choose no-salt-added beans and lower-sodium pantry ingredients when available.
